Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop is a fast-casual restaurant franchise specializing in fresh food, responsible sourcing, and authentic experiences. They change their menu frequently, with each location varying slightly. They also have different menus depending on the day of the week and time of day.
The main challenge of designing their digital menus was organizing the 50+ items in a readable format so the customers could quickly decide what they wanted and reduce wait times as a result.

Digital Signage
Day parting is the process of programming the digital signage to trigger different content at selected times. The color difference in menus indicates to customers a markedly different menu and communicates to regulars what is available during certain hours.


The client wanted to retain the chalkboard aesthetic of the original menu signage. It was an incredible challenge to retain readability with the color scheme.
