Lemonade is a California-based fast-casual restaurant franchise featuring fresh, seasonal plates that can be fully customized. Their cafeteria-style layout allows customers to choose their dishes quickly and maximizes efficiency, but it also increases visual confusion.
I designed these minimalist menus to be as high-contrast and simple as possible for long-distance visibility. When customers are waiting in line, they can determine what they want as soon as possible resulting in high turnover and efficient lines.
