Xponential Fitness is the largest global franchisor of boutique fitness brands. As the Senior Graphic Designer, I supported both the corporate brand and the ten subsidiary brands with creative work. I created and managed a massive variety of assets, from logo animations to environmental graphics.
Besides serving each of the ten creative departments, I worked on internal initiatives like XPASS (a multi-brand fitness subscription service) and Xponential+ (formerly “GO”; a video-on-demand subscription service).
Every year, Xponential Fitness hosts a convention for franchise partners for every single subsidiary brand. In 2021, the two newest brands (Rumble Boxing and BFT) were introduced for the first time.
The goal of the convention was to educate new franchise partners on best practices and to offer cross-brand franchise opportunities to interested parties.
XPASS is Xponential Fitness’s subscription service that gives members access to all ten of the subsidiary brands. Users pay a tiered monthly fee to access a set amount of points to spend on classes. The cost of classes vary, depending on the brand and type. This subscription service allows members to be flexible with their workout routine and try different fitness modalities.
